By calling 800-822-0437, a scheduled visit can be arranged with service technicians who arrive with fully stocked service vans to support your service and warranty needs. Field service also provides customer service staff to answer technical, installation and warranty questions, as well as the ordering of any necessary replacement parts. Field service is trained to support Harvey, Andersen, and Therma-Tru products sold by Harvey, and they will be ready when and if you need them.
