How do I install a Vinyl Replacement Sash?

Step 1: Open window 6" to 8" and tilt sash in until it is at a 90 degree angle or flat and level like a table top.
Step 2: Remove the sash at this point by pulling up, you need to disengage the pivot bars from the u-shaped terminal housings or cam that it is sitting into in the frame of the window.
Step 3: At this point you have removed the sash, simply take your new sash and line up the pivot bars found sticking out of the sash with the U-Shaped receiver in the side cavity of the window frame. Tilt the sash back up and lock in place.
